Call this fair?
Last week, your hotel charged me over five hundred pounds for barely eleven minutes of phone call to Italy.
Needless to say I was pretty angry.
I’m used to staying at the Army and Navy Club where they have a less avaricious approach to their guests.
The English Tourist board say they are investigating this sort of complaint in the hotel industry.
But in the meantime I was wondering whether you could refund some of the money to reflect a more reasonable rate?
My UK friends simply shrug their shoulders and say welcome to rip-off Britain, but I would like to think I can visit here with a less cynical approach.
